Tax Innovations are supporting the ‘Fat Boy Swim’ charity event
We are delighted to announce that we are supporting the ‘Fat Boy Swim’ charity event.
Three brothers are taking part in a charity swim from Southsea to Ryde to raise money for two charities.
They wanted to give something back to the community. They decided to support those who suffer from Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy (DMD) as a close family relative suffers from it.
The two charities they are supporting are ‘Harrison’s Fund’ which has been set up by the parents of family member Harrison who suffers from DMD and also ‘Hope for Tomorrow’ which is a national cancer charity dedicated to bringing cancer treatment closer to home.
We feel strongly about supporting this event as we know how much support is needed not only through our working relationship with Ben de Grouchy, one of the brothers, but also as one of our staff members has a son suffering with the illness.
The brothers’ aim is to achieve their £20,000 target. As well as the charity swim they are also running a number of events including a Golf Day. To find out more about their fundraising activities or if you would like to make a donation please visit their website: www.fatboyswim.com
